It's bad enough that this indoctrination continues at venues throughout the nation on a daily basis, but why is it that these singers always have to A, make singing the damn thing all about them, and B, in that same vein, then try to remake the song according to some totally F'd up rendition.

I made the remark to my wife that her attempt To "jazz" it up was embarrasing to say the least. Maybe she has memory lapses from all that damn bleach used to make her a blonde. She sure came off as a dizzy blonde.

They get singers like Aguilera for her tits, hips, slutiness, and overall ability to corrupt the good morals of gullible girls w/o good parenting. For no other reasons.

That must be the case. She claims she has been singing the national anthem since age 7. When she got her biggest audience, she murdered it. Must have been slutty stage fright!
