thanks for the tip. i find it outrageous that the DA refuses to press charges. since when does the da need the victim to go along with the charges? theyre always very aggressive to prosecute anyone. i bet at least one owner would press for it. "Stephen Murphy", whoever he is, is a disgusting jack-bootlicker who represents everything that is wrong with murika.

From what I understand, they need the victims every time. If the victim doesn't cooperate, what kind of case is there?

i know that in theory the da needs a witness or victim to prosecute the crime. however just use as example the case of cops posing as decoys and they still prosecute the perp despite there being no real victim such as fake drug busts, fake hooker busts , fake internet stings, shoulder tap programs where cops use teenaged decoy girls to ask me to buy beer, etc. none real victims, yet the da prosecutes.im sure there are countless other examples. hell, look at all the traffic citations prosecuted with no victim. people think there is no prosecutor in traffic cases, but that just illustrates their fundamental misunderstanding of the system. when you get a ticket you are being literally prosecuted. and can demand due process, if you want to easily win and beat YOUR PROSECUTION.
