I don't follow that? It seems to me that the Federal Gov't is the enemy of the US tax payer BUT the US taxpayer SHOULD be up in arms against the Federal Gov't.

Over and over, they are allowed to sniff and dismiss the critics for fuming over foreign aid which, in their accounting, is a fraction of 1% of the budget.
