I disagree with Khalezov's opinion at 14:42 that OKC is "in the middle of nowhere" and had "no particular significance" as a target other than to demolish records linking Harari and Clinton and the Mena investigation. Why he makes that inference but dismisses any possible governmental motive as ridiculous, I don't know, but OKC's location has some occult significance:
