I'd say on or before April 15th, 2011.

Note to feds. This is pure speculation. I have no knowledge of any pending event, however, based on previous historical events I believe the possibility exists for such an occurrence.

It would have that effect, but also give the union class a moral high ground which it does not have. It would turn a shakedown into a martyrdom. No one would ever dare take on union demands again for fear treading on the hallowed ground of so-and-so who died in the worker's struggle.
