The lawsuit, available here (PDF), was filed by 17 military women against Secretaries of Defense Robert Gates and Donald Rumsfeld in Virginia. It assails "the military's repeated failures to take action in rape cases created a culture where violence against women was tolerated, violating the plaintiffs' Constitutional rights." Sergeant Rebekah Havrilla alleges in the complaint that in 2006, after her military supervisor repeatedly sexually harassed her, she was raped by a colleague she was working with at the time. "He pulled her into his bed, held her down, and raped her. He also photographed the rape," it reads. Havrilla reported the incident within a month. In February 2009, she reported for active duty training and, upon seeing her rapist, went into shock. "She immediately sought the assistance of the military chaplain," the lawsuit reads. "When SGT Havrilla met with the military chaplain, he told her that 'it must have been God's will for her to be raped' and recommended that she attend church more frequently." The complains adds that "SGT Havrilla suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and chronic depression." Havrilla's harrowing story, and the broader lawsuit, sheds light on the ongoing and widely reported problem of sexual assault in the military. Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell said it was "a command priority" to "ensure all of our service members are safe from abuse" and pledged to commit more resources to the goal. "Sexual assault is a wider societal problem and Secretary Gates has been working with the service chiefs to make sure the U.S. military is doing all it can to prevent and respond to it," Morrell told NBC News. Right..... I recall years ago, whenever a new female was assigned to office duty in the squadron, it was a race to see who would score first. It was an open game, only the female was unaware. From the CO to the first shirt, they were all fair game, all were passed around.
Even the jiz were smart enough to take females out of combat roles.

If I remember correctly, it was just this type of behavior that was given as reason for NOT having women enlisted in the services. For no more success than they have had enlisting women, can you imagine what it will be with the don't ask don't tell requirement gone? Man is such a stubborn beast.

Tough women come from New York, sweet women from Texas, prissy women from Southern California, but we NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WOMEN have fire & ice in our blood. We can ride 4-wheelers, be a princess, throw a left hook, pack heat, hunt with the men, bake a cake, love with passion, and if we have an opinion, you know you're going to hear it!! Most were unaware of the game being played as a sick sex joke and they were the victims. Virgins of course not. Stupid young girls, yes. When the first one scored everyone knew about, much merriment for all.
I wonder if the male animal of today realizes that the female animal of today have as much fun sharing their "scores" with other females that the "merriment for all" now included BOTH sexes. LOL
True. However the female always came the loser in the military, used and cast aside. As now, men never acquired a bad "reputation" that has always been bestowed on females.
That's for damn sure. However, I don't think any man would want to hear what the women in today's society openly discusses about their prowess, etc. The humor the women find in such conversations is a blusher for me, but then in my day such was not discussed. I wish it were the same today.
After having dated a "good Catholic Stripper", for a number of years what exists as "girl talk" when the guys are not around is not something I any longer find shocking.

You surrender all Constitutional rights the day you enlist and take the oath to serve the bankers (and their puppet the commander and chief) and fight the bankers' wars. Any woman who thinks she can avoid rape in the US military is stupid, imo. The number of cases of rape are very high and not widely reported in the press, since we must keep the farm boys and farm guys dumbed down about what really happens in the military.
