Canada and the U.S. have signed a troop-swap agreement, which allows each nation to call on the other for help during "civil emergencies".

Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal.

Neither the Canadian government nor the Canadian Forces announced the new agreement, which was signed Feb. 14 in Texas.

Hopefully future "civil emergencies" won't require Storm Trooper-esque tactics we saw during the G20 protests in Toronto last summer. The following video shows how quickly essential human rights can be thrown out the window, even "here".

Keep in mind that China and Mexico were probably asked first and declined.

Just because there is a verbal agreement, doesn't mean they will actually do it.

When/If they implement this it will be permanent. Or we will be forced to revolt. Can't be part way.

Those who never have believed OUR government could possibly enact this level of control will become "CT" nuts like realistic folks have been for years.
