Half our people here work for Corning.

They like the rest of capital, went overseas for "more profit" but then pulled back somewhat by restoring some production facilities here. I like to think it was caused by management looking into the near future and seeing something they did not like.

They have a huge R and D lab here, no way was that going overseas.

You're welcome. :) I think it would make a thrifty home for colder climates, too, with little to no heating costs in the winter.
