The Drug War Business: Murder at Scott, Ranch. The Video speaks for itself. The War on Drugs was a money-making farce back in the 60's when I was a Police Sergeant with a California Police Dept. It continues to be a farce to this very day. The American People have lost their freedom, forfeited their Sovereignty as they have unknowingly fallen prey to government enforcers who enforce "victimless crimes" based in Corporate "Color of Law.." which can be traced to their 14th Amendment Status or consensual subjugation to the Corporate Rules, regulations, and Legislation. They are thus considered to be government created Juristic persons, subject to the the corporation. Thus, personages, land, homes, vehicles, Children, etc are held in Trust and presumed owned by the State. . The fact is "Victimless Crimes" are not crimes at all. Common Law, which supercedes corporate Color of Law require harm to a victim, harm to a victim's property, and/or Infringement upon anothers Rights. Beyond that Sovereign People have the unbounded freedom to do what they will, as long as no harm comes to another. When the People wake up to this, they shall be in a Lawful Position to take back control over their Constitutional Republic.

The fact is "Victimless Crimes" are not crimes at all. Common Law, which supersedes corporate Color of Law require harm to a victim, harm to a victim's property, and/or Infringement upon another's Rights. Beyond that Sovereign People have the unbounded freedom to do what they will, as long as no harm comes to another.
