This should go onto a dvd. Then this dvd should be copied 1000 times. Then those one thousand copies should be inserted in the the sunday papers of every news paper stand you can find ...so that people think they are getting the DVD from the news paper.

The best time would be around in the pre dawn afters following the newspaper delivery dude on his / her route.
