How can the US be at WAR in three different countries with absolutely no "Declaration of WAR" by Congress?

Judge Napolatano tonight asked both Ron Paul and Dennis Kasinich that question.

They all were outraged that he went to the UN to get "approval" for the air strikes along with the fact that he did not ask Congress.

Both Congressmen said he was more interested procedures pertaining to a World Government. tinyurl.com/abxywc

Kasinich said he was going to bring up a bill/resolution asking if this was an IMPEACHABLE offense.
