How can the US be at WAR in three different countries with absolutely no "Declaration of WAR" by Congress? Judge Napolatano tonight asked both Ron Paul and Dennis Kasinich that question. They all were outraged that he went to the UN to get "approval" for the air strikes along with the fact that he did not ask Congress. Both Congressmen said he was more interested procedures pertaining to a World Government. tinyurl.com/abxywc Kasinich said he was going to bring up a bill/resolution asking if this was an IMPEACHABLE offense.

Sure, it is impeachable and it was when Bush did it, when Reagan did it and when every president since WWII did it. None of them were impeached. I have no confidence in our Congress doing the right thing and impeaching the Kenyan.

The United Nations has its own Constitution and Bo is following their constitution above ours. 114 cruise missiles hit 20 targets. Even at three missiles per target, what did the other 50 missiles hit? Civilians?!?!?!! NO!!! Not in my name.. Our government MUST BE STOPPED now! Before another government stops our government for us. If they do it will be alot worse for us all. We must make the time to stop our own government. For it has spiraled out of control. The USA is acting JUST like 1930s Germany....The German citizens may not of seen the writing on the walls be we students of history SHOULD DAMN WELL SEE WHATS GOING ON!! Obama made the assertion in a Dec. 20, 2007 interview with the Boston Globe when reporter Charlie Savage asked him under what circumstances the president would have the constitutional authority to bomb Iran without first seeking authorization from Congress. “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation,” Obama responded. “As Commander-in-Chief, the President does have a duty to protect and defend the United States,” Obama continued. “In instances of self-defense, the President would be within his constitutional authority to act before advising Congress or seeking its consent. History has shown us time and again, however, that military action is most successful when it is authorized and supported by the Legislative branch.” Obama did not seek congressional authorization before joining allies, including Great Britain and France, in taking military action against the regime of Libyan dictator Col. Moammar Gadhafi in order to establish a no-fly zone over that country. The action was approved by the United Nations Security Council but not by the U.S. Congress. In a followup question in its December 2007 interview, the Boston Globe asked Obama if the Constitution gave the president the power to disregard a congressional statute putting some type of limit on the way troops could be deployed. Here, too, Obama deferred to the constitutional authority of Congress. “No, the President does not have that power,” Obama told the paper. “To date, several Congresses have imposed limitations on the number of US troops deployed in a given situation. As President, I will not assert a constitutional authority to deploy troops in a manner contrary to an express limit imposed by Congress and adopted into law.”

This presumes America is being governed by laws and policies passed by Americans which is no longer the case since the Israeli lobby now controls Congress as a result of its "selection" and funding of candidates for the House and Senate. Since the country is under control of duals acting on behalf of Israel the laws of that illegal state apply and these are anything-goes-laws because Israel has been in a state of war for a half century. American laws have no more effect than those of Germany when it capitulated at the end of WWII. Fancy footwork by Congress in avoiding war declaration is just a shell game to avoid voter retribution for wasting resources on wars that are doing America more harm than good.
