I assume the speaker is Russian. If HAARP can cause earthquakes then why can't they use it against Iran, Iraq, Libya? I have to doubt that it can do this.

These earthquakes are occurring deep under the ground. A resonating frequency weapon would only cause shallow small earthquakes, if any. Deep underground earthquakes are not being caused by HAARP. I have to laugh at his "split the world into" comment. I hope no Japanese buy what this Russian is selling.

Saw this yesterday. I think this cat is German or possibly Dutch.

There is a lot of clatter going round. The noise to signal ratio is quite high. Run everything through your bandpass filter and you'll be alright.
