I have obtained some rather sad news.
Sorry to report that Sally passed away in her sleep.
The site will remain active through next billing cycle.
It would be a horrible way for her to go out. She has in the past carried a good deal of integrity. One person has single-handedly sunk LP to an irrelevant cesspool of g_d knows what.
What a terrible legacy.

Yep, that one is still going. But, let's be fair. That thread is more like a a major speed bump on a four lane highway to irrelevant cesspool that has been zipping along full speed for awhile.
Threads come and go. LP will return to flame wars, insults, back-biting and bickering beyond that one thread in no time.
If Goldi is gone, so is LP. She hasn't erased that thread yet, and normally she would.
Something very not right.
Well, IF somebody did hack into LP, she can't log on with her password. Earlier in the day Goldi-Lox was posting over there. Either she ignored that massive thread, which is doubtful, or it wasn't Goldi posting earlier today but rather another person using her handle.
Even Yukon has logged on under the name I'm Back, indicating that his handle is in the possession of another.
