Sen. Lindsey Graham (Rino-S.C.), a military lawyer, is the first member of Congress to say the legislature needs to explore the possibility, however unlikely, of limiting some kinds of free speech - like Terry Jones' Quran burning - that help America's enemies.

"I wish we could find a way to hold people accountable. Free speech is a great idea, but we're in a war," he told CBS's Bob Schieffer on "Face the Nation."

"During World War II, we had limits on what you could do if it inspired the enemy," Graham said, adding that he wanted to do "anything we can to push back here in America against acts like this that put our troops at risk."

Graham also continued his attack on President Barack Obama's decision to pull back in Libya saying, it "comforted" Col. Muammar Qadhafi and ensured a "stalemate" in Libya.

Instead, he urged "taking the fight to Tripoli" - targeting Qadhafi's inner circle and arming the rebels with tank-killing missiles.

"Well, you certainly made some news," Schieffer quipped after the five-minute interview. Subscribe to *libertarians*

Sorry there fag-boy Lindsey, but you can't have it both ways.

If the American military is to deliver "democracy" to the Iraqis and Afghans, they'll have to get used to Quran burning burning, just as we in America have brushed aside Mapplethorpe's "Piss-Christ."

It's called freedom, as much as you might dislike it.

With that, I pray for the first YouTube of some Hageeite taking a dump on a Quran. Now that chimp out will be funny :)

Oh no, Lady Lindthey ith going to have a hithy fit!

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.

He (Gordon Duff) also implies that forcibly removing Obama, a Constitution-hating, on-the-down-low, crackhead Communist, is an attack on America, Mom, and apple pie. I swear these military people are worse than useless. Just look around at the condition of the country and tell me if they have fulfilled their oaths to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic.

This is what is called "the heckler's veto" -- the govt sides with the more thuggish party to make the other side shut up.

One difference between this and the restrictions during WW1 and WW2: The people who get upset about mistreatment of the Koran are not identifiably our "enemies" -- some of those people running riot in Afghanistan were probably also anti-Taliban and anti-Osama, they were merely enthusiastic Muslims.

If you haven't notice amid all this fuss over one American burning one Koran, almost every week we get news that Muslims, somewhere in the Arab world, have burned down Christian churches, set fire to Christian or Jewish Bibles, and, for variety, desecrated Buddhist, Hindu or Zoroastrian shrines. But we don't retaliate against their co-religionists here! It might be interesting (or completely insane) if we did: The Muslims burn down a church in Egypt, and, even though that church was Coptic, people in the US retaliate by burning down mosques (or at least Korans) in half a dozen US cities, etc. Maybe after a while sanity would set in.

Turn on the news these days, and you'll hear ongoing commentary about "those nasty Christians" threatening to burn Korans. By contrast, no major U.S. or European news source has mentioned that there was a Bible burning in Israel. In fact, most people probably aren't even aware that there was such an event! This brings up an important question: are radical Jews who burn holy books somehow less controversial or less important to talk about than radical Christians who are contemplating a similar act?

"I wish we could find a way to hold people accountable. Free speech is a great idea, but we're in a war,"

Not a word from this faggot about the burning of Bibles by the U.S. Army back in 2009.

A simple "War on Stupidity" should take care of the problem, as well as taking care of Sen. Lindsey Graham.

I want either less corruption or more opportunity to participate in it. Ashleigh Brilliant
