Isn't there some legal precident for filing a lawsuit for doing that? Remember someone hacked Palin's email...and I think the guy went to jail, or something bad happened to him. Anyone Know? I imagine--and this is assuming that there were actually any "hacking" going on, the hacker would use a proxy and she wouldn't have gotten the actual IP.

95.154.230.253 is from a proxy server. The Dumb Lox could have figured that out herself is she just pasted it into the URL bar. Strangely, the proxy site is called HideMyAss. Sure sounds like the kind of site yukon would have used.
