Look at the picture above and you can see where this driver broke through the guardrail, on the right side of the culvert, where the people are standing on the road, pointing. The pick-up was traveling about 75 mph from right to left when it crashed through the guardrail. It flipped end-over-end bounced off and across the culvert outlet and landed right side up on the left side of the culvert, facing the opposite direction from which the driver was traveling. The 22-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger were unhurt except for minor cuts and bruises. Just outside Flagstaff, Arizona on U.S. Hwy 100. Now look at the second picture below... . . . . . . .

I'm skeptical. the truck doesn't look like it hit anything at 75mph. A vehicle flipping 'end over end' would not end up facing the opposite direction. The last pic, of a most unusual size, was taken by a most unusual camera. There are people in the 1st and 2nd pic that are too close to the edge of what probably would be unstable ground, and for no apparent reason to even be there. .

We can't see the driver's side front corner of the truck. If the truck struck something solid before it flipped end over end, it could wind up pointing in any direction. I figured that the person that took the picture just zoomed-in to exaggerate what was really there, but it does look like a strange way to build a highway. I can't find any US Hwy 100 on the map either, and as far as I know, with the exception of Highway 101 in California, there aren't any 3 digit US highways. But I figured he meant State Highway 140. My business partner emailed it to me. I asked her where she got it from and she said that someone emailed it to her. Now that you point it out, it looks fake to me too.

Click on the link that Armadillo provided in post #9. The car came within 12" of falling over the cliff and the Hurricane City Police Dept confirmed that this accident took place. ".....those people would not be standing that close to the edge."
