I have known John Jentzen for 20 years. He's "the nicest man I personally know" and that's not an exaggeration. He's also extremely honest and trustworthy to the extreme. (Not to mention he's one of the "best welders" in America, bar none !)

We lived a mile apart in a small farming community and were close enough friends that I helped him load his stuff up to move to Missouri and knew every detail of his dealings with George Gordon. We spent a lot of time together usually having a beer, tossing horse shoes, or listening to George Gordon.

When the deal with Gordon started going sideways I also knew it wasn't because Johnny had lied to Gordon or failed to keep his word.

George Gordon is a crook. I enjoyed his teachings as much as anyone.

I am glad to see Johnny and Reba were treated fairly by the court and the "GOOD JUDGE" ... they surely deserved it.

Thank You noone. Johnny and I have very fond memories of you too. We fully expect to be drug through court for at least two more years by the Gordon family, and I have recieved death threats from 3 of their employees in the last year.

So far two of the land cases have been to court, in both cases members of Goerge Gordons family sued and in both cases they lost. johnny and I fear to give many personal comments on all the crap hitting the fan down here, because they are playing dirty and trying to frame us for anything and everything.

Our courts here are very fair. taking time to listen to both sides, and the judge in our case took 3 months to return her judgement. that judgement reflects her thoroughness, fairness and respect for the law. The judge in the other case that was victorious was also very honorable indeed.

I must give George Gordon's school of law one compliment, I never took one of their law classes, but after they sued us, and we could not afford an attorney, Mr. Gordons family definately increased my legal knowledge. Maybe Mr. Gordon should give his attorney some law classes or even just sue him!!

I believe that the two web sites www.georgegordonlies.com and www.georgegordonschooloffraud.co m will keep everyone up to date on the other cases they are pending trial. I personally know of three more that are currently filed with the courts.

another great website is www.courts.mo.gov go to litigant search and anyone can see if there has been any new activity. the menbers of the Gordon family are George and Jackie Gordon, Thor Downing and Dirk Dejong.

i miss you all, but i do not have internet at home so i wont be able to keep in touch very well!

Hi Reba, congrats. It'll be difficult for Gordon to overcome the Judgment because it appears that everything he should have had in evidence during the original trial for purposes of appeal were left out.

I mentioned to Johnny in an IM that you guys should be careful with respect to that crook - even frivolous lawsuits take time and money to defend against. Gordon isn't named as a party in your suit even though you, Johnny and everyone else knows he's behind it. Gordon could always sue for defamation or libel even though he might not have a case - you'd be forced to defend against it.

I don't think there's a dirty play below Gordon's nature.

Your hunch is very accurate. There have been two "Amicus Curiae Briefs" filed in our lawsuit one by a man hired by Gordons and one by a man who had filed a lawsuit against them in regards to property he had purchased from them (but suddenly dropped the lawsuit, gave Jackie and Dirk a deed to his property, and then dissappeared - rumor has it that he is now in a mental health facility).

I have filed motions to strike these briefs, and that hearing will be on May 6.

The jist of the briefs is to create evidence that johnny and I, and 6 other individuals named in the briefs, are involved in a "Federal case of Interestate Conspiracy Against the Gordons" and that our plan to harm the Gordons includes "false and frivolous" lawsuits against them.

The hired help informed me that he knew that his brief would have little or no impact in the lawsuit that Johnny and i are currently fighting, but that his goal is to help the Gordons file Federal conspiracy charges against us.

The briefs will be thrown out of our case,just as an incredibly similiar brief was filed in another case and was thrown out of that case last month.

Their only "evidence" of us being involved in this so called "Federal Interstate Consipracy" is the fact that Johnny and I are involved in a current court case with George Gordons step son as the opponent. That means that they have absolutely no evidence of johnny and I being involved at all. What Mr. Gordons hired hand does not realize is that Mr. Gordons step son SUED US!!!

George Gordon has also been handing out cd's where he interviewed Ronald Anderson (The litigant I mentioned above who withdrew his case, signed a quitclaim on his property and is now no where to be seen) and george states on that cd that he plans to sue me for libel and slander because he believes that I have been spreading rumors about him and his family.

No Mr. Gordon, I have not been spreading rumors about you, or about your family. Only facts. If you do not like those facts, then I would recommend that you change how you conduct business!!

This is a form of coercion. You should obtain one of those cds for future use. If I'm not mistaken, once he publicly threatens to sue he becomes subject to suit should he fail to do so. He's actually libeling you. Libel requires that the remarks be recorded in a permanent form. (Book, CD etc.,)

This is hilarious since Gordon's step son sued you /(Johnny) for ejectment.

If Gordon keeps it up you guys may own all of his shit !

EDIT: Restraining Orders against the Gordons and their associates should be arranged.

ALL communications with any of the parties involved should be in writing.
