I have not had a television that could receive for going on 8 years now. I don't miss it at all.

Television is for stagnation, not inspiration. I still veg out with the wife watching the Food and History channels, but not much else (out of 160 sum stations).

It is hard to quantify the value but there is value to it. Twenty years ago much of what is now considered true in the mainstream was then called "kookiness" or "conspiracy theory". Most people of any awareness now know of the Bilderbergs even if not all are exactly sure who they are.
No, a difference has been made and the awareness of reality is growing. Besides it beats watching reruns of bad shows. ;-)
