The man is recording some police officers from his own garage and some thug cop out of nowhere walks up to him and tries to steal his phone under the obvious lie it's supposedly "evidence."
"I'ma take the phone... 'cuz that's gonna be evidence... (Man refuses)... You want to go to jail?... Withholding evidence."
It's clear from the way he's acting it's pure brazen intimidation and thuggery.

by the way, i wasn't confused about my right to film the IA interview. I walked in with camera rolling & placed in on a chair & aimed it at them.I did not ask permission. if they didnt want me to record, id have walked out & let them talk to themselves.

ding, ding, ding, we have a winner! The less said the better, always and forever. Remember, cops are trained to ask questions and to the let you talk. You'll never see a cop who has been around awhile jump in and stop the flow of a conversation.
in a way, it was me interogating them regarding their written policy vs what the detective had tried with me.They were very nice & fully acknowledged mine & everyones right to film cops.it baffles me as to why everyones so confused & scared about this.

btw this incidenrt began when i was minding my own biz & saw a shaved head cop push what looked like a 12yo on his ass. i stopped my car & recorded.a plainclothes saw me & came over.i asked his name. he replied by asking mine. i said NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS

Don't talk to cops, period. When they insist or, if you must, remember to answer with a question. "Officer, are you under the impression that I do not have the right to remain silent?"
