Something about it has appeal. Considering how bizarre it is, I assume it is the rather lightweight whipping with the belt. However, those were much more intimidation strokes, not like real whipping.

You have to be pretty expert to put stripes on someone with an ordinary belt.
I'm just saying, I didn't see the uncle deliver any blows that left tissue traumatized, stripes or breaking of the skin. Maybe a little redness that will fade overnight.
