I guess this is it. Didja notice that it seems that where the document appears to bend to accommodate the binding, the rule lines in the form bend but the paper patterning does not conform? Observe the left margin. I could be wrong. What do you think? Let the fun begin.
The pattern does not change because the pattern is on the printer paper currently used by the Dept of Health. Safety paper, with anti-alteration background pattern, was likely not used in 1961 for the original report. The original in the Dept of Health binder (which accounts for the bend at the right edge) was photographed and printed onto the green-pattern safety paper. Safety paper of some sort is now very popular with most states for birth certificate to disourage any sort of alterations. -

The problem with that is that the page turning down is going into a cut-out - it is not a contiguous page and yet the patterning continues as though it is. The more I look at this thing the more apparent it is that it is not a very convincing Photo Shop job and there is no curvature in the pattern underlying paper. You have tried to side step it with a sort of plausible attempt to explain it away, but it is unconvincing in face of the evidence. I am waiting for Michael Rivero, who is expert in digital imaging and manipulations since that is how he made his living, to offer his analysis. There are multiple outpoints on this document. It would appear to be simply another poorly done fraud to try and silence the questions.

But Obama OWNS this one! I believe it's intended to "Burn Out" the contoversy. Fox is even touting it as the "Final Answer".
