Here's why it's a fake document. It's so goddamned obvious. In the photo, the paper is bent. The text isn't. At least, it's not bent the right way. Also, the type font isn't quite right, as there was too much attention paid to making the type look inconsistent. I myself have a typewriter from the 1930's, and the thing types consistently every time. By the time this document was made, it would have likely been typed on a selectric typewriter, and it would have been FAR more consistent. This is just more fucking fakery, and Donald Trump is just part of that fake opposition nonsense. Trump comes out of the blue to coopt the tea party, and birther movements, and all of a sudden Obama releases his so called long form birth certificate. I wouldn't trust any of this, unless I had a time machine, could go back to witness the birth of this douchebag, and even then I'd have sense enough to bring my own witnesses.
I have a problem with 'African' in space where they put fathers race. It should be Negro shouldn't it? Also I noticed they put Kenya, East Africa, should be British East Africa..

Kenya did not break free of British rule until 1965 so your surmise that it would have been recorded as "Bristish Protectorate of East Africa" is most likely correct. Source It would be interesting to see it recorded on more than one B.C. contemporaneous with Oh'bummer's birth to see how it was handled.
Ok according to my encyclopedia published in 66, Kenya broke free in 63. That said it also says the name was changed to Kenya in the 20s. I have an older one that I will check later.

True and they declared their independence in '64. However, in 1963 they were in rebellion and had not yet achieved recognition as "Kenya". However, internationally, not locally, it was still the British Protectorate of East Africa. So, it is unsettled. Still accumulating data. It looks like another amateurish fraud but it will take more analysis to nail it down. Someone may have panicked and did not do their homework well enough to make it stick. I'm going to pop over to WRH as Mike Rivero is an expert on digital manipulations and see what he has to say. History. Arab traders settled in the coastal regions of Kenya as early as the Middle Ages. Portuguese explorers sailed along the coast in the late 1400's. they destroyed Mombasa in 1593, and built a fortress there called Fort Jesus, which still stands. British occupation did not begin until the late 1800's. In 1887, a private British company bought a concession of a strip of coastal land from the sultan of Zanzibar. In 1888, the company was given a royal charter as the Imperial British East Africa Company. It failed financially, and the British government declared a protectorate over its territories in 1893. Kenya was then called the East Aftican Protectorate. Great Britain constructed a railroad from Mombasa to Kisumu in the 1890's. Because most of the railroad ran through sparsely settled or unproductive land, the protectorate had trouble finding money to run it. Great Britain began to encourage European settlement in the highlands. In 1920, the territory became a colony. The coastal strip remained a protectorate. The area was renamed Kenya after Mount Kenya.
