There is an event coming in the very near future that is going to effect the USA to its very soul, former Kansas State Trooper Greg Everson of The Heartland USA and former host of Republic Broadcasting Voices from the Heartland told host Steve Quayle in a special two hour Survive 2 Thrive broadcast.
What is being planned and what is coming together is a perfect storm brewing right over our heads. Everson cited verifiable information confirmed by an active duty US Air Force Colonel, three chiefs of Police, a local Sheriff, State Troopers in 3 neighboring Midwest states and a Federal agent he has known for twenty years.
There is being made an effort to bring together the Armed Forces of this Nation in preparation for responding to and acting against the interests of our Citizens, Everson said. Such efforts include actions that will be so deep and penetrating that the United States will never be the same. Everson explained that the deteriorating economy combined with Federal Reserve theft of trillions unaccounted for has had a devastating effect on Americans who had have enough and the US Military expects will respond by defending what little they have left.
The American people have reached the point of total saturation due to the failure of Government to protect its borders, corruption and theft. Everson expects that such a response has been projected by US Government computer models and believes NORTHCOM, DHS and state and local authorities will begin implementation of Operation Garden Plot and Martial Law within 45-60 days. Civil war is precisely what this administration wants to happen, said Everson. And before Americans can organize themselves they will be destroyed by their own military.
The first signs of pacification by our own forces will not only be convoys rolling through city streets and small towns throughout the Country, but direct military action against pre-targeted areas. Data acquired in the past year by Census workers has been used to program military targeting computers which our own armed forces will use in the unthinkable task of fighting its own citizenry.
It is a formula for unmitigated disaster regardless of Copenhagen, Health Care reform or anything coming from Capitol Hill, Everson said. When Congressman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) suggested that the "full text" of the Constitution be read on the House floor for the first time in history, it sounded like a great idea! This historic event was officially scheduled to take place at the opening of the 112th Congress on January 6, 2011. Goodlatte, however, later qualified this pronouncement to state that those parts of the Constitution which were considered to have been superseded by one or more amendments would NOT be read, after all.
I have never seen a printed "full text" copy of the Constitution which did NOT include those portions that were affected by subsequent amendments. It is truly astounding that Congress just arbitrarily assumed the authority to "revise" and read their own version of the Supreme Law of the Land!
It is very interesting to note that one of the most crucial sections in the Constitution, which is completely unaffected by ANY amendment, was deleted in its entirety:
Article IV, Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Why did Congress refuse to read this section? Could it be that the political establishment (the leadership of both the Republican and Democratic parties) would like to ignore the fact that, not only is the United States of America a Republican Form of Government, but so is every State in this Union? I don't know what you have in mind other than the Constitution to end tyranny, hopefully without riots or worse, but I'm thinking your side would be more apt to be short on Military backup and protection than Constitutionalists. Constitutions are only valid in their original and complete form unless properly amended. By this I mean that Constitutions are different from Contracts wherein a clause may be removed and yet the remainder of the Contract remains valid. If any part of a Constitution is violated or ignored the entire Constitution becomes inoperative.
As long as the UNITED STATES (and all PARTICIPANTS) operate under the FEDERAL RESERVE and use THEIR FIAT COMMERCIAL PAPER CURRENCY and CREDIT they are operating in a COMMERCIALIZED DIMENSION that is created by LEGAL FICTION and uses international law merchant / law of the sea / Maritime/Admiralty Law, whatever you want to call it ... but one thing is absolutely clear - THERE AIN'T NO FUCKING CONSTITUTION !!!
