It is indicative of nothing except that the black land whale wasn't in a rational state of mind. Who the hell would be in such a situation? Since I've never had to go through the experience of having my sister murdered or sitting next to the smirking girlfriend of the murderer, I will save my judgment of her actions. But that's just me.

That, among many other WTF! thoughts, ran through my head when viewing this. If anyone goes to the 'tube source, there are so many of these vids, you'll want to get into a tub of hot water, with sharp razor blades. It is awful.

that was my first thought. they should have sat on opposite sides from each other, but then we don't know how that came about. the girlfriend may have been sitting there first and the victim's sister then sat down beside her when she entered the courtroom later.

Hmmm, attacking a person sitting next to you in a courtroom with a judge/cops/lawyers as witnesses for the coming prosecution: there's no doubt she's going to jail for a good stretch.
