The bunch of greasers that put out these crappy stories are lazy. Their narratives are full of holes, and they are hammered together with just enough nails and glue that they hold together for a week or so.
These constructions don't have to be very good. They just have to be GOOD ENOUGH. The story line has to stand up for the requisite number of news cycles to take in the gullible and those oh-too-willing to be deceived. Those with a brain and unprejudiced eye can take these things apart in minutes.
It is a violation of Natural Law to use this document in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

The only really sobering consideration in regard to this action-adventure assassination story is the importance of the propaganda asset that they've just relinquished.
