No presidential statement or White House press briefing was held on it. In fact, all that can be found about it on the official White House Web site is the Dec. 17 announcement and one-paragraph text of President Obama's Executive Order 12425, with this innocuous headline: "Amending Executive Order 12425 Designating Interpol as a public international organization entitled to enjoy certain privileges, exemptions, and immunities."In fact, this new directive from Obama may be the most destructive blow ever struck against American constitutional civil liberties. No wonder the White House said as little as possible about it. There are multiple reasons why this Obama decision is so deeply disturbing. First, the Obama order reverses a 1983 Reagan administration decision in order to grant Interpol, the International Criminal Police Organization, two key privileges. First, Obama has granted Interpol the ability to operate within the territorial limits of the United States without being subject to the same constitutional restraints that apply to all domestic law enforcement agencies such as the FBI. Second, Obama has exempted Interpol's domestic facilities -- including its office within the U.S. Department of Justice -- from search and seizure by U.S. authorities and from disclosure of archived documents in response to Freedom of Information Act requests filed by U.S. citizens. Think very carefully about what you just read: Obama has given an international law enforcement organization that is accountable to no other national authority the ability to operate as it pleases within our own borders, and he has freed it from the most basic measure of official transparency and accountability, the FOIA. The Examiner has asked for but not yet received from the White House press office an explanation of why the president signed this executive order and who among his advisers was involved in the process leading to his doing so. Unless the White House can provide credible reasons to think otherwise, it seems clear that Executive Order 12425's consequences could be far-reaching and disastrous. To cite only the most obvious example, giving Interpol free rein to act within this country could subject U.S. military, diplomatic, and intelligence personnel to the prospect of being taken into custody and hauled before the International Criminal Court as "war criminals." As National Review Online's Andy McCarthy put it, the White House must answer these questions: Why should we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files that will be beyond the scrutiny of Congress, American law enforcement, the media, and the American people?

Some media sources that shrugged at Interpol and it's arrest warrant for Bin Laden prior to 9/11 too: CNN, Reuters, Associated Press, APTV, Kuwaiti newspaper Al Rai Al-AAM, Middle East Broadcasting Company. Video shows bin Laden urging Muslims to prepare for fighting ATLANTA (CNN) -- Osama bin Laden has produced a videotape in which he is directing his followers to prepare for fighting. [sic] Much of the information about the tape comes from the Kuwaiti newspaper Al Rai Al-AAM, which says the entire tape is about 100 minutes long. The tape, which was given to Reuters Television, opens with video of the USS Cole after it was attacked by suicide bombers in the port of Aden, Yemen. Seventeen U.S. service members were killed and 39 injured in the attack on October 12, 2000. Later in the tape, as men run in a circle at night holding rifles as mortar fire streaks over their heads, chanting men's voices are heard thanking Allah "who made us victorious the day we destroyed the ship on the sea." A section of the tape, which was broadcast by APTV, shows bin Laden commenting on the attack. [sic] The U.S. government has offered a $5 million award for information leading to bin Laden's arrest, after he was indicted in absentia in the bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa. The August 7, 1998, blasts in Tanzania and Kenya killed 224 people, including 12 Americans, and injured more than 4,000 others. That's strange. Yet Obama oddly overlooked all of that shoddy, shady, do-nothingness and rewarded them with autonomy here to trample America's sovereignty.
The reason why Obama gave Interpol power to run here in America, is that anything that smacks of Anti-Semitism, that finds its way to Germany, or any of the pro-Israeli controlled European countries, can and would be prosecutable. Meaning, if you were to post anti-semitic, or Holocaust Denial type material to the web, hell, even commenting on it on a forum like this one, can land you in jail in Europe. They want to do that here in the worst way. It's all about creating a global police state, one where your rights and freedoms evaporate on the altar of the global community. The one I'm waiting for, is that global Earth tax crap that they'll foist on us at some point.
Meaning, if you were to post anti-semitic, or Holocaust Denial type material to the web, hell, even commenting on it on a forum like this one, can land you in jail in Europe. They want to do that here in the worst way. It's all about creating a global police state, one where your rights and freedoms evaporate on the altar of the global community. The one I'm waiting for, is that global Earth tax crap that they'll foist on us at some point. Government offices around the world I'm thinking we don't actually need office space or a desk/table or even a nice tablecloth to just say No to the NWO and completely disown them along with all of their schemes. Sure, they might try to force us to do their bidding but how many of them are there compared to all Americans and the world community too who are opposed to their tyranny?
