A 25-mile commute through Russian traffic and a powerful two-wheeled samurai sword, and you get a video showing the "quick" way to work. Sometimes this two-wheeler even becomes a one-wheeler as rare empty stretches of road disappear when the nose goes skyward. Hang On !! I went to you-tube and found this one on the ghost rider...he's legendary among the motorcycle adrenaline junkies, he routinely hits 150-180 mph in traffic...like I said, I heard he is no longer with us...don't know for sure though
We can only hope that his life policy was current. RIP

Yes. I'd love to have a bike again, but Mrs.L says NO! So that's that.
In the DFW Metroplex the EMT's/cops call the sport-bike riders "organ donors".

Built for slow: The top ends gets freshened up this week, and the sheet metal is getting a quick repaint. I never did like the way my ghost flames looked... I originally did it all over back in 2000, but it is starting show its age again.
Nice bike critter...makes me wish I had saved my '73...something cool about those older bikes. Life is not a journey to the grave With the intention of Arriving safely in a pretty And well preserved body, But rather to skid in broadside, Thoroughly used up, Totally worn out, And loudly proclaiming, WOW !!!! What a ride!

Thanks. My daughter is going to inherit this one. I was at the HD dealer the other day, looking at new Road Kings, but you know what, that just isn't me. I like my old clunker. I like breaking down where ever I go, and having to mend things on the the side of the road, with rudimentary hand tools, good old fashioned yankee ingenuity, and a roll of baling wire. :)
