84-year-old man allegedly beaten by police officer after calling 911

By Eric W. Dolan Wednesday, May 18th, 2011 -- 7:21 pm

An Alabama police officer allegedly hospitalized an elderly man who called 911 to report an accident across the street from his house while his wife watched the entire beating from her wheelchair.

The Courthouse News Service reported that 84-year-old Dorsey Henderson of Fairhope, Alabama called 911 after investigating the car accident and discovering that the driver of the vehicle was severely intoxicated.

Henderson told the driver of the car he was under citizens arrest and needed to wait near his car until police arrived.

When Officer Trent Scott arrived on the scene, Henderson attempted to inform him of the driver's belligerent behavior and that the driver had been placed under citizens arrest. The officer allegedly told Henderson there was "no such thing as citizen's arrest in Alabama," and to "get out of the way, old man."

After Henderson tried to explain that he was only trying to help, Officer Scott placed him in an arm bar and slammed him face first into the ground, breaking his nose and eyeglasses. Henderson's wife, Dorris, watched from a wheelchair at the front window of her house, telling a 911 dispatcher that the officer was "beating the hell out of my husband."

At no point did Scott place Henderson under arrest or charge him with any crime, but kept Henderson handcuffed in the backseat of his police cruiser.

Roughly ten minutes later, Scott sent an ambulance that had arrived away, telling the paramedics that the elderly man "doesn't need an ambulance."

A superior office who later arrived on the scene ordered the ambulance to return and Henderson was taken to the hospital, where he doctors said he suffered a broken nose, multiple contusions and a torn rotator cuff.

As of May 16, 2011, Scott was still employed by the Fairhope Police Department.

"no such thing as citizen's arrest in Alabama

If you see someone committing a crime, say beating someone, and you and some others stop the attacker, and sit on him, that is a citizen's arrest, even if you never say it.

Everyone can perform a citizen's arrest. The cop has no idea what he's talking about.

As of May 16, 2011, Scott was still employed by the Fairhope Police Department.

Here's why: The town, no doubt, knows the officer pig was out of line, but to immediately suspend or fire him amounts to an admission of guilt. So, rather than do the right thing, "86" the bum, they'll keep him on the force at least until after the civil liability is settled.

The town is going to need to have a good insurance policy.

Need you ask.

You know, it's not longer on the police cars.......did that happen right after the Patriot Act was implemented? I suspected that, but I wasn't sure if that was when it was taken off the cruisers or if it happened prior and the lot of us just didn't notice....

When they changed from officers of the peace to LEO's I think. Used to be any decent cop just wanted to keep the peace and didn't worry much about knowing everyone's business and what they put into their own bodies so long as they weren't hurting other people. Now the statist jack boots like GrandIsland think that everyone has to obey any and every "law" even though it is impossible to even know what they all are. The only way you can keep from violating some bs rule or regulation would be to never even get up out of your bed and venture outside your house.

911 = Dial-a-Beating/Tazing/Unlawful-Search!

Pigs are so grandious about thier self worth.

Pigs really do think that they're smart.

The local pigs, led by the police chief been "baiting" me to dial 911 for three years now.

The pigs arrange for their relatives in the neighborhood to attempt to incite violence at my residence. The pigs instruct their drug addicted, drug dealing relatives in the neighborhood to assualt me, to egg my car and property. The pigs direct their customers, the heroine addicts, crackheads and mental patients to knock on my door to accomodate "probable cause" to stalk, intimidate, harrass, and literally terrorize me with armies of pigs, an infestation of informants, and lots of their robotic, puppet-like mental patients .

When I don't call 911 for "help," the pigs instruct their relatives in the neighborhood to phone in phoney police reports on me to get 'em to my door.

And these brain dead robotic pigs still think I'm gonna' dial 911 and ask them for "help."

Yes, I live in Indiana, and am expecting more pigs to my residence any time, for any reason, and for no reason at all.

Why all the hate

Well, on September 10, 2008, the day I discovered that the next door neighbor, the father in law of the assistant police chief, was stealing electricity from an outside outlet, the police chief and two other pigs arrived at 1:20 pm on a "well being check." I had shut off the switch to the outside outlets at midnight about 13 hours earlier.

The pretence of the "well being check" was regarding by 85 year old father's "well being," on a phoney complaint from a "neighbor."

But in reality, the police chief was interested in our electricity.

I walked over to my dad's room, told him that the "sting operatives" were here to check up on him. The pigs didn't like that comment.

My next comment was, "You're at the wrong place, the drug dealer lives next door."

They kinda' ignored me, and after some irrational babble from the chief of the pigs, at the end of the "well being check," I pointed towards their pig- mobile, and told 'em, "you should have the dope dealers picture next to protect and serve."

The answer to your question includes answering this question, why was the drug dealer stealing my electricity and why all the hate?

Because I know that the drug dealing relative of the chief's second in command is growing dope in his attic, and it appears that the pigs want our house to expand their dope growing operation. Big upstairs appartment with seperate heating unit.

For real? When was this?

Here's the article:

The Pima County Regional SWAT team fired 71 shots in seven seconds at a Tucson man they say pointed a gun at officers serving a search warrant at his home.

Jose Guerena, 26, a former Marine who served in Iraq twice, was holding an AR-15 rifle when he was killed, but he never fired a shot, the Sheriff's Department said Monday after initially saying he had fired on officers during last week's raid.

Six days after Guerena was shot, few details about the investigation that brought the SWAT team to the southwest-side home Guerena shared with his wife and their two young sons are known. Guerena's role in the narcotics investigation is unclear and deputies would not comment on what was seized from his home.

Three other homes within a quarter of a mile from Guerena's house, were served search warrants related to the investigation that morning. The addresses and the names of people who live in the other homes have not been made public.

Vanessa Guerena says she heard noise outside their home about 9 a.m. Thursday and woke her husband who had just gone to bed after working a 12-hour shift at the Asarco Mine, she said. There were no sirens or shouts of "police," she said.

Guerena told his wife and son to hide inside a closet and he grabbed the AR-15 rifle, his wife said.

The department says SWAT members were clear when identifying themselves while entering the home.

"Tucson is notorious for home invasions and we didn't want to look like that," said Lt. Michael O'Connor of the Pima County Sheriff's Department. "We went lights and sirens and we absolutely did not do a 'no-knock' warrant."

When five SWAT members broke through the front door Guerena was crouched down pointing the gun at them, said O'Connor.

"The suspect said, 'I've got something for you,' when he saw them," O'Connor said. Guerena's wife denied he said that.

Deputies began shooting.

A deputy's bullet struck the side of the doorway, causing chips of wood to fall on his shield. That prompted some members of the team to think the deputy had been shot, O'Connor said.

The Sheriff's Department put in a call to Drexel Heights fire at 9:43 a.m. requesting assistance with a shooting. But crews were told to hold off.

Guerena was dead by the time they were allowed in the house, fire officials said.

Vanessa Guerena vividly remembers seeing her wounded husband.

"When I came out the officers dragged me through the kitchen and took me outside, and that's when I saw him laying there gasping for air," Vanessa Guerena said. "I kept begging the officers to call an ambulance that maybe he could make it and that my baby was still inside."

The little boy soon after walked out of the closet on his own. SWAT members took him outside to be with his mother.

"I never imagined I would lose him like that, he was badly injured but I never thought he could be killed by police after he served his country," Vanessa Guerena said.

The family's 5-year-old son was at school that morning and deputies say they thought Guerena's wife and his other child would also be gone when they entered the home.

Guerena says there were no drugs in their house.

Deputies said they seized a "large sum of money from another house" that morning. But they refused to say from which of the homes searched that morning they found narcotics, drug ledgers or drug paraphernalia. Court documents showing what was being sought and was found have not been made public. A computer check on Guerena revealed a couple of traffic tickets and no criminal history.

Guerena was a Tucson native and Flowing Wells High School graduate. He joined the U.S. Marines in 2002. He served two tours in Iraq in 2003 and 2005 as part of the Yuma-based MWSS-173 under direct supervision of Master Sgt. Leo Verdugo.

Verdugo was with Guerena's family Tuesday afternoon. He gave them a Marine Corps jacket and gloves to use at Guerena's burial.

"He was an excellent Marine, with a bright future ahead of him," Verdugo said.

"We had just bought a home and he was working graveyard shifts and overtime just to help pay the bills, we were just starting to make this house our home," Vanessa Guerena said.

"I know I can't have him back but I want justice. I want explanations for what happened," she said.

the Feds?

When I called the local office of the FBI in Sept, 2008, it appeared my calls were routed to the local pigs.

So I emailed the Feds regarding the mob/gang stalking by local pigs, informants, drug addicts, and mental patients.

During another "well being check," again on phoney complaints from drug dealing neighbors by the army of pigs in July of 2010, my 85 year old father suffered a heart attack.

Since informing the feds of that "well being check" which resulted in dad's heart attack, the pigs attempts to fabricate criminal associations and evidence have been more subtle, and now take place outside of my residence.
