Back story I read on another site said the man was drinking in public, refused to leave when ordered by the cops, and started flailing at them from his wheelchair when they informed him that he was to be arrested. He kinda brought in on himself (the arrest part after being told to move along), but the cops did not handle themselves well at all, it's a PR-nightmare for the Dee Cee cops.

one has to have preexisting mental issues of one variety or another, to be developed further upon employment, to be a cop these days.

The top seven requirements to be a cop.

1. Low IQ

2. Sociopathic behavior

3. Unresolved childhood issues

4. The need to be violent towards others

5. Insecure and the need for recognition

6. A pattern of lifetime moral issues

7. Small to no penis
