Call the National Guard back from Iraq-Afghanistan and offer full time jobs to them to patrol the streets with automatic weapons. That will clear up the problem real quick.

That would be a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act if I am not mistaken (not that they pay any attention to any of that these days). But we do indeed need to withdraw all our troops from foreign countries and defend our own borders.

This was premeditated, so technically this wasn't a "chimp out." It's not that they were spontaneously enraged, they just ain't got no conscience.
