The Soviet Union wasn't as impacted by America's Great Depression as Europe was because they weren't as globalized as the U.S. and Europe were interdependently. Those pushing for more globalized interdependence and centralization of global powers are peddling a recipe for another such disaster on a much bigger and more dire scale -- with deliberate malice aforethought, usually, imo, rather than mistaken "good intentions".

I certainly agree that good intentions play no part in the NWO. Unified Quest 2011 shows how far along they are in their agenda for martial law when the deliberately planned food shortages hit. There will be riots when people begin to starve and it will be much worse than the "Great Depression." Our farmlands have been decimated by floods, droughts, and take-overs by agri-business. Crops have been destroyed by freezing weather in usually warm weather areas. All by design IMO.

Police have been trained to become more brutal and militarized in preparation for the riots.

It is a shame that we have allowed things to get this far and that it will take this type of crisis before we get out the pitchforks and guns. By then, it appears, we will be fighting our own troops.

I'm going to post several related things, all but one of which I was going to post in other threads and will link to the posts here instead for the references when I can get around to it.

First an excerpt that is long but oddly coincidental, I think, to the Unified Quest topic:

The Sheriff Who Sold His County « REALITY BLOG

Let’s begin at the beginning of the end, when Salt Lake County lost its Sheriff’s Department…

First, understand that the County Sheriff is given the true lawful power of the people as an elected political office, and not a partisan appointment like all of the law enforcement officials beneath him. This political office is (or was) the protectorate of the people within each county; acting as the law of the land and the only instrumentality that has the real power to thwart the encroachments of the Federal government – the power to say NO! If you have a problem with the local police in your town or city (corporate municipality), the County Sheriff and his department is who you would call as the authority of the land (county).

Our current “elected” Sheriff of Salt Lake County, one Mr. Jim Winder, is of course a wealthy member of the local dairy tycoon family, aptly named Winder Farms. He recently won his reelection campaign in the 2010 elections due to the fact that the information I’m about to present to you is absent from the general consciousness and comprehension of the good people of the Salt Lake Valley. The good Sheriff actually campaigned on and was voted into this honorable office toting the success of the newly formed Unified Police Department – the “unification” of the sheriff, municipal, and unincorporated police departments within Salt Lake County into one corporately structured private police force – an act of treason and an assault on everything remotely constitutional.

The people have no idea what this man has done…

As of January 1, 2010, the day that Salt Lake County became a police state, the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Department was officially dissolved. In its place was created a brand new corporation, which is now described as “…responsible for all police operations”. This private company is called the “Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake”, or the “Unified Police Department” for short.

[sic]

This Unified Police Department (UPD) became the “new police force” for all municipal corporations (cities) and all unincorporated areas within the County of Salt Lake, thereby dissolving the only true lawful protective body within the county, the elected Sheriff’s “Department“.

To add to the treasonous nature of this takeover of Salt Lake County, this elected Sheriff was then appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Unified Police Department by the County Council. To clarify, the elected Sheriff Jim Winder was appointed by the elected County Council to be the CEO of the private company called “Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake”, which is in charge of all law enforcement within the County of Salt Lake.

And it gets worse… way worse!

—————-—————-

So who’s idea was this, anyway? [continued at the site]

Sounds like a DHS Fusion Center construct.

Good government example from Activist Post: Real Revolutionaries [strikeout editing mine]

I am a small market farmer in Trenton.

I want to thank those who came today to support what has now come to be a movement that has drawn attention from around the globe. The towns of Sedgewick, Penobscot and Blue Hill, our Hancock County neighbors have started a movement and it is now time for Trenton to carry the torch. I believe it is not only Trenton's right but its duty to support this ordinance.

From the Maine Statutes
Title 7, Sections 1-A and 1-B

“The survival of the family farm is of special concern to the people of the State, and the ability of the family farm to prosper, while producing an abundance of high quality food and fiber, deserves a place of high priority in the determination of public policy.”

Article I, § 2 of the Maine Constitution declares: “all power is inherent in the people; all free governments are founded in their authority and instituted for their benefit, [and that] they have therefore an unalienable and indefensible right to institute government and to alter, reform, or totally change the same when their safety and happiness require it.”

Maine is fortunate to have the infamous Home Rule system, which both constitutionally and statutorily allow local communities to legally pass laws in contradiction to state and federal laws. Maine's strong Home Rule tradition is what has allowed towns to assert the power of self-government in all sorts of issues ranging from banning of genetically-modified (GM) crops in certain areas, to restricting corporate water extraction operations. Home Rule is what has historically protected towns from overarching government regulation and control, as well as abuses by corporate interests.

I decided to link-up all the info there and put the main link here as a shortcut instead of the the way I had planned to do it. It might look like it's "all over the map" there and here, so to speak, on how it meshes together into the bigger picture but no more so than the Unified Police and Unified Quest do, imo.

Seriously , you should run if you are a member of SL county.

The office still exists... they can say it doesn't but they are full of shit...Winder vacated his office... The office of sheriff remains unfilled.

A LEO that fails to understand the law shouldn't be a LEO anyways.

I'm not a member of that county but I hope someone does campaign for it and win it who is like Sheriff Mack -- a Constitutionalist. No one who isn't on record as a loyalist to it should even be allowed to run in America's elections.

A LEO that fails to understand the law shouldn't be a LEO anyways.

I agree, to the extent that they understand the law as in-line with the Constitution or not, as well as the difference between law in alignmemt with it and the color of law that isn't. It's not their duty to enforce the color of law.

Edited for spelling and to reword sentence 1 of last paragraph.
