So, what did you end up getting charged with? Trespassing? Are you planning to plead Not Guilty and ask for a jury trial. I did that in traffic court a couple of weeks ago and got it dismissed. : )

lol....the DA was trying to get me to take a lesser charge and I'm telling him, "You don't understand, I'm NOT GUILTY of what I am charged and I'm NOT going to plead guilty to any lesser charges....I'm ready to set a trial date on it." : )

I know, it's a small victory, but it felt pretty good.
