On PNAC at 0:28:00 - 0:30:30 and the second sentence after the statement about some catastrophic and catalyzing event - like a new Pearl Harbor: "A decision to suspend or terminate aircraft carrier production, as recommended by this report and as justified by the clear direction of military technology, will cause great upheaval. ..."
Think about that and "full spectrum dominance". It does seem to call for wars being fought from outer space, as the short TV segment following that PNAC screenshot says.

I don't have the time to watch a 2 hour+ movie, but when it comes to 9/11 Truth, the proof is in the pudding. We have only to look at the sharp decline of American values and our way of life since 9/11 to realize that such a significant turning point in our history did not happen at the hands of disgruntled terrorists.
This event was tailor-made to ensure that the subsequent events would follow with an inescapable pre-determination.
The myth of Al Quaeda, and a random terrorist attack by people who hate us for our freedom, does not account for the oppressive machinery, acts, and wars that sprang up overnight, in a well planned sequence of events.
It is vital to understand that there is no truth without discernment and no wisdom without the truth. What then is “faith” but an effort to confound truth and wisdom?
Today, we were given permission to make a DVD of this video for the Project. Many otherwise disinterested TV watchers may be persuaded to consider further research of the attack on 9/11.
