Gary Johnson for POTUS 2012 and Ron Paul as his VP. What say you all??
__________________________________________________________ Although Gary Johnson is hardly a household name, he is the ONLY likely Republican candidate who is doing well in homestate popularity polls. Rachel Maddow pointed out that all other Repub candidates have, in their home states, more enemies than supporters ... except for Johnson.
Gary who? Well, we may know but Boobus has no idea and never will. Johnson is so far out of the race that banning him actually might help him run a insurgency candidacy. Not that that will work. Johnson is probably angling to try to lead the libertarian wing of the GOP after RP is gone. It may work. He'd do better to run for Senate.
I did notice that he was in favor of government environmental regulations.

Gary Johnson is young enough to be a serious rival to Obummer and Ron Paul being "a heartbeat away" from the Oval Office would be pretty neat. If a nobody Chi-town porch monkey like Obummer or an unknown Arkansas molester-for-governor can win the White House, then Johnson certainly has the same odds in his favor.

As a caviat, this issue isnt about 'states right' etc. All of us know that the govt (D or R) has no desire on any level to ever outlaw abortion. Its relevent because a human's stance on this issue is a litmus test for if they have any conscience whatsoeve
