Ask yourself why it is not OK for men to wear short-shorts to the office, but women are allowed to wear skirts in a business environment that leave almost nothing to the imagination. Women love to show off their legs (if they have a nice pair) in a way that would be considered strangely vain and exhibitionistic in a man. And it DOES turn men on. These women love the attention, but they do not love the inevitable results at times.

It turns on immature men. I think you missed my point. What I meant was, these gals love to show off, and they know how it affects men in general. They just can't deal with the unintended consequences.

They just can't deal with the unintended consequences. What they are really doing is showing off their legs for men they are attracted to. Any other man just has to deal with it.
