War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: Obama Sued on War Analysis: Obama Sued for Unconstitutional War by Jeff Matthews Part 1 of this article addressed the Constitutional issues raised in Kucinich, et al.’s lawsuit against President Obama. The case was filed June 15, 2011 in the federal district court in Washington, D.C. under Case No. 1:11-CV-01096-RBW, Reggie B. Walton, presiding. This part explains why there might be a fair likelihood that no court will decide the merits of the claims presented in the suit. Kucinich, et al.’s suit is, in most, if not all, respects, a repeat of the prior case of Campbell vs. Clinton, 203 F.3d 19 (C.A. D.C., 2000, cert. denied). In Campbell, a group of congressmen brought suit against Bill Clinton, alleging he violated the Constitution and the War Powers Resolution by engaging in hostilities in Yugoslavia, despite Congress voting down a declaration of war by a 427-2 vote and voting down by a 213-213 vote a proposal to authorize the President to continue to use air force strikes. However, Congress also voted against requiring the President to immediately end U.S. participation in the NATO operation and voted to fund that involvement. The conflict between NATO and Yugoslavia continued for 79 days, ending with Yugoslavia’s agreement to withdraw its forces from Kosovo and to allow deployment of a NATO-led peacekeeping force. . . . . Even if Kucinich can make its way into the Supreme Court, due to the sensitivity of the issue and the fact that legislative remedies are available, it is easy to see how the issues at stake might be punted back to the legislature for further handling. This, of course, raises the question, “Even if Congress contends it may demand the President to comply with the War Powers Resolution, why has it not taken legislative action to remedy this problem?” Proper legislative action would avoid all the delay and confusion over the standing issue. On reading it, though, you get the seasick feeling that we are just one more mile down the road of endless imperial war, and that there's not a goddamned thing a federal court will do to put the brakes on American caesarism. The American Constitution says that America Needs more than one Hardened Liar and Uncontrollable Murderer in Politics to give a fig leaf for Murder and Theft, because the American People might start seeing the American President as their Emperor who is unknowingly a Puppet of Bankers, Plutocrats, and the Corporations. The People of America, Canada, and the European Union Need to Persistently DEMAND a Truth and Reconciliation Commission VERY SOON, and do this before it is too late for themselves, for their Neighbours, for their Friends, and for their Families. Those who Confess at the Truth and Reconciliation Tribunal will be both past and serving American, Canadian, and European Union Politicians and their Main Stream Media Puppets, along with the Lying Journalists who will admit to the World what they Truly Are, and that is that they are the Lowlife Scum of the Earth. These American, Canadian, and European Union Politicians Need to Confess that they have Uncontrollable Urges to Murder People, and that they love to masturbate when they see People suffering, because it gives them such good orgasms, and this is why they are Professional Liars and Professional Excuse Makers in order to cover up their Despicable Characters, and their Evil Crimes against Humanity. The People of America, Canada, and the European Union NEED to hear all the Dirt and Filth of these their Politicians and Bribed Journalists during the American, Canadian, and European Union Truth and Reconciliation Commission Process. If the People of America, Canada, and the European Union do not hold this Truth and Reconciliation Process, but Cowardly or Foolishly Sweep Any of It Under the Carpet, then the Wise ones among their People know what will happen to their Neighbours, their Friends, and their Families. Elections in America, Canada, and the European Union are Expensive, and the Bankers, the Plutocrats, and the Corporations only give the American, Canadian, and European Union Politicians Money to get elected or re-elected in the first place if they can blackmail them to be their Puppets. The Unelected Western Bankers, Plutocrats, and Corporations have the Firm Guarantee of the Total Compliance of these Corrupt Politicians at the expense of even any semblance of Democracy for the Voters in America, Canada, and in the European Union. Many People are convinced that most of the American, Canadian, and European Union Politicians are Puppets, and this was Guaranteed by them Lusting for the Dirty Money of the Bankers, the Plutocrats, and the Corporations. To receive this Dirty Money, these Corrupt Politicians Secretly Agreed to be Filmed in acts of Bestiality or Paedophilia to ensure Total Obedience to the Schemes and Whims of the Behind the Scenes Ruling Euro-American Plutocratic Elites. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission Process will not charge any of those who Willingly Confess, and this includes even those who voluntarily were Filmed in acts of Paedophilia to gain the Dirty Campaign Finance from the Bankers, the Plutocrats, and the Corporations. A Copy of this Document should be placed in every Letterbox in America, Canada, and the European Union in order to delay the inevitable Military Dictatorships in these Countries who will shred their Constitutions. These American, Canadian, and European Union Politicians and Journalists and their Puppets Around the World will be asked if they have been Secretly Vaccinated against Genetically Engineered Lethal Viruses that would kill 99% of Earth’s Population within a Week of them being Released into the Environment from American Military Bases Around the World.
