When our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, they knew that in times of emergencies we as a people would have to restrain ourselves in order to save our republic.
We talk at cross purposes GM. You talk about what is Constitutional and I talk about the criminal destruction of the Constitution.
It's illegal to rob banks, but criminals do it and have been doing it since banks were created.
The criminals in Washington claim that since we cannot truly know what our Founding Fathers knew or thought when they wrote the Constitution, that any power not specifically forbidden to the executive in times of emergency, was theirs to grab.
Criminal, yes. Unconstitutional, yes. That is all that Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes is saying in this video.
I'm sorry to hear that. One step forward and two steps back is ok for line dancing. I suppose it's possible that Patriots can line dance America out of the predicaments it's in but not very likely.

I'm not at all sure I understand you, but I don't believe your Constitutional position of "do as I say, not as I do," is going to work, unless we get the criminals out of Washington.
It is my opinion that only criminals apply for the job, and that the corruption is so wide-spread throughout society, that the likelihood of finding a candidate with integrity is slim to non-existent.
If such a candidate were to be found, he/she would not be elected, given the power of the jewish controlled media. If elected, he/she would come to an untimely end. Such is the predicament in which America finds herself, regardless of the state of the Constitution.
