A very brilliant musician -- played on *hundreds* of sessions before his singing stardom. Sinatra, Elvis, The Righteous Brothers... was a Beach Boy and member of LA's session elite The Wrecking Crew...
I saw him about a month ago, at the start of his tour. He had about 3 dozen senior moments, but he took it all in good humor. His singing was almost super- human, and his guitar playing, though a little sloppy, was inspired. There were a couple of beautiful moments when 'young Glen' returned: "Lineman" and "By The Time I Get To Phoenix". Not even dementia could taint those tunes.

I'll bet it was great to hear him. I know he did lots of cocaine with Tanya Tucker long ago. I hope that has not affected him too badly.
