They seemed peaceful and gentle. I hope they stay away from civilization!

Civilization will be hawking flush toilets to them and squeezing taxes out of them before you can blink.

If this was their fist encounter with a white man, then I am surprised that they are so friendly. I kind of thought primitive tribes would be more violent.
