ive hearrd various interviews on the topic & apparently the very 'definition' of aids & hiv is muddled up. some claim that the aids drugs kill the people, others claim it was concocted in a cia type lab. Dr Stan deals w/ the aids topic too.

HIV is a retrovirus. It relies on not killing the host. The number of cells typically infected in any day are about the same as what you might lose from nicking yourself shaving. Easily sustainable loss.
In people with AIDS, sure, they can have lots of HIV, just like they can have lots of other bugs in atypically vast quantities.
