NEW CAR ENGINE SENDS SHOCK WAVES THROUGH AUTO INDUSTRY

Analysis by Nic Halverson Wed Apr 6, 2011 10:10 AM ET (91) Comments | Leave a Comment Print Email

facebook share 161 Despite shifting into higher gear within the consumer's green conscience, hybrid vehicles are still tethered to the gas pump via a fuel-thirsty 100-year-old invention: the internal combustion engine.

However, researchers at Michigan State University have built a prototype gasoline engine that requires no transmission, crankshaft, pistons, valves, fuel compression, cooling systems or fluids. Their so-called Wave Disk Generator could greatly improve the efficiency of gas-electric hybrid automobiles and potentially decrease auto emissions up to 90 percent when compared with conventional combustion engines.

The engine has a rotor that's equipped with wave-like channels that trap and mix oxygen and fuel as the rotor spins. These central inlets are blocked off, building pressure within the chamber, causing a shock wave that ignites the compressed air and fuel to transmit energy.

The Wave Disk Generator uses 60 percent of its fuel for propulsion; standard car engines use just 15 percent. As a result, the generator is 3.5 times more fuel efficient than typical combustion engines.

Researchers estimate the new model could shave almost 1,000 pounds off a car's weight currently taken up by conventional engine systems.

Last week, the prototype was presented to the energy division of the Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is backing the Michigan State University Engine Research Laboratory with $2.5 million in funding.

Michigan State's team of engineers hope to have a car-sized 25-kilowatt version of the prototype ready by the end of the year.

Despite the attempts of the controllers to throttle development of new, innovative, and more efficient technologies as Charles Fort observed a century ago: "When it is train time it is train time." The context being that when the situation is ripe for the development of a new technological paradigm that there is nothing that can hold it back forever.

With a practical cold fusion system in the offing, and breakthroughs in engines and electrical motors we are on the edge of a new industrial revolution - something which the Banksters and the Psychiatrists have been trying to prevent for the last 70 years.

A extra efficient engine such as this makes the prospect of a home electrical generation system all the more practical.

With the growing awareness that "Peak Oil" is a fraud and that oil is actually quite abundant the attempt to throttle social change and greater productivity becomes increasingly difficult.

With greater numbers of consumers revolting against Frankenfood GMO toxins that avenue is seeing a war of greater intensity as the information makes it out despite all of the media suppression.

There is a rising tide which I do not think our would-be masters are going to be able to hold back. I look forward to the day they are given their rightful place - hanging from a lamp post.

Possibly. However, innovations are now coming at too fast a rate for the controllers to completely keep a lid on new energy technologies. I am sure they would like to suppress and bury this, just as was done with the electric motor that was used to run Danish busses, and others that I am aware of, but try as they might they can't put humpty together again - or break him again as the case may be.

There is breeze stirring and the controllers/banksters and psychs days are numbered. At this point the danger is that they might try taking everyone else down with them.

Maybe, but if the experts are correct and inflation skyrockets like they say it is going to, TPTB will be looking for ways to decrease the negative effects in order to keep the American people from replacing the two party fraud. If this new technology significantly increases MPG in new vehicles, the effects of super high gas prices will not be as bad as it would be today. This may be enough to placate the sheep.

The challenge beyond making the engine work is making it last a long time. If it's life is only about 1000 miles, then that's a separate engineering problem that needs to be conquered. Obviously our standard engines today already have that issue dealt with, but this new engine will, perhaps, need to have the same quality before it will be competitive.

But maybe it's simple enough that it won't be a big issue.

Still, cold fusion, if it's for real, could make this engine obsolete before it goes very far.

There is a local story here, before I arrived, probably from 30 years ago. A man bought a new car and after he'd driven it about 150 miles he noticed the gas gauge had hardly moved. He took it back to the dealership where he purchased it and told them that he had to have a faulty gas gauge. They made a few telephone calls and there was a flurry of activity behind closed doors.

They gave him a replacement car rather than replacing his gas gauge.

It occurs to me that an unintended consequence of allowing greater frequency variation in the power grid could very well motivate people to move with greater speed toward independence from the grid. If it costs 5K to install frequency control equipment on your house and 10K to install a completely independent system a lot of people will go for the independence.

This story came to me first hand by a credible friend of over thirty years. It is first-hand knowledge of an event that was quickly hushed with big corporate money in Des Moines, Iowa back in 1959.

As it was told to me:

"In 1959, when I lived in Des Moines, my neighbor paid cash for a brand new 1959 Ford Fairlane 500. He absolutely loved that car, but not just for the way it looked. He drove the hell out of it the first week to break it and and quickly noticed IT WAS NOT USING HARDLY ANY GAS at all. After looking under the hood, the old air filter floating in oil of the 50's era engine WAS NOT THERE. It was an ENCLOSED CARBURETOR like nothing they had ever seen.

He figured he was getting over 50 miles per gallon, and we confirmed it after several refills.

Not even two weeks went by, and the dealership he bought it from called him and said that Ford wanted the car back because it was shipped out of Detroit and wound up in Des Moines by complete accident - it was never supposed to leave the Ford plant.

The new owner told the dealership he wanted to keep the car - IT GOT GREAT GAS MILEAGE!

The dealership called him back within minutes and offered him a thousand extra dollars, another new Fairlane, and no questions asked. (The $1,000 was more than the price of the new car!).

Still, the owner thanked them for the offer and again refused.

The NEXT DAY, two Ford corporate execs came to his porch and offered him $5,000, plus another new Fairlane. Again - NO WAY IN HELL AND GET OFF MY PROPERTY!

The owner kept the Fairlane in a detached garage. The next day, it burned to the ground.

The Ford was in it."

I have no doubt that things like this have happened. However, there is a big difference between the economy of today and that of 1959.

One of the main reasons the government is able to control the sheep and keep them from uprising is because of our standard of living. They have kept us fat and happy and provided us with enough cheap entertainment to take our minds off of their wars and tyrannies. If that standard of living is reduced in the way some the the experts predict it will be reduced, the days of cheap entertainment will be over and those sheep may very well turn into wolves. Therefore, it is in TPTBs best interest to allow this type of technology to be introduced.

I do not doubt that. There have been repeated innovations and technologies developed which would have resulted in greater individual independence, but did not fit into the bankster/psychiatrist social control paradigm.

There have been a great many, no doubt, advances that have been suppressed in the name of keeping us "under control".

Just the same as occurred with NASA. Following the trip of the last manned flight to the moon (Apollo 17), the remaining booster was completely dismantled and destroyed. All of the diagrams and engineering diagrams were collected and locked up/destroyed. The Space Shuttle program was cover for what was actually going on in the "Black Budget Space Program". I suspect, but cannot prove, that we have had a functioning interplanetary drive system, and ships built using it, since perhaps the 1960's. However, releasing it to the general public would be destabilizing to the Bankster-Psychiatrist social control system.

The same applies to energy systems. While all of his working documents and test apparatus were confiscated and buried under ten million layers of secrecy after his death knowledgeable people who have studied the issue have concluded that Nikola Tesla had probably already developed a "Zero Point" energy system in the 1930's - along with a way to transmit the power cheaply and without lines or wires of any kind.

There are multiple rumors of the development, by more than one person, of a greater than unity system for separating Hydrogen and Oxygen from water. That would be a limitless and extremely cheap fuel. All of the breakthroughs were suppressed.

The same has occurred in the realm of archaeology as there is abundant evidence that man, anatomically modern man, has been around on this planet for likely millions of years, and that we have had one, and likely more, technologically advanced cultures in the past which self destructed as this one is doing - by allowing the psychotics to gain control of the monetary and political system. There is evidence in several places of nuclear detonations in great antiquity i.e., prior to 2,000 years ago.

The controllers are attempting to set up a total slave state of the mind and anything which endangers their control is ruthlessly suppressed.

Also, a gallon of gasoline in 1959 was less than 20 cents a gallon.

Corporate couldn't make the profits they wanted if they didn't sell LOTS AND LOTS of cars and LOTS AND LOTS of gasoline. Fast forward to 2011 ..

True, but you have to account for inflation. 20¢ in 1959 dollars would buy you 4 Milky Ways, or a half gallon of milk, or two 12 ounce Cokes (including bottle deposit), or a Hamburger AND Freedom Fries, and twenty dollars would feed a family of 4 for a week.

Corporate couldn't make the profits they wanted if they didn't sell LOTS AND LOTS of cars and LOTS AND LOTS of gasoline.

That is true, but it was not just a matter of selling lotsa' gas - it was also about controlling energy and hence the productivity of the culture. If people were given cheap energy a lot of the crap that sells cheap would be replaced by a better quality at the same or less price, and the serfs would be more independent uppity.

With a practical cold fusion system in the offing, and breakthroughs in engines and electrical motors we are on the edge of a new industrial revolution - something which the Banksters and the Psychiatrists have been trying to prevent for the last 70 years.

Psychiatrists?

Yes. Who do you think writes the social control programs? Much of what is being done in terms of information suppression, and manipulation, has an intended psychological effect. We could broaden it to include Psychologists too, which is why the term "psychs" is handy since it includes both (saves a lot of typing).

Edward Bernays, the father of modern Public Relations, was the nephew of Sigmund Freud and he began the application of Psychiatry, his Uncle's work, to mass manipulation in the 20's. Technically he was in advertising and PR but he also wrote a book titled "Propaganda". However, people don't often give the Psychs their due in terms of devising the programs to mold the society. Yes, the Banksters are the money men, but it is the Psychs who do all the mental/social/cultural manipulation programs.

"What basic psychological distortion can be found in every civilization of which we know anything? The only psychological force capable of producing these perversions is morality--the concept of right and wrong. The re-interpretation and eventual eradication of the concept of right and wrong are the belated objectives of nearly all psychotherapy." ~ Dr. G. Brock Chisholm, Psychiatrist, Co-Founder World Federation of Mental Health

"We can therefore justifiably stress our particular point of view with regard to the proper development of the human psyche, even though our knowledge be incomplete. We must aim to make it permeate every educational activity in our national life…. We have made a useful attack upon a number of professions. The two easiest of them naturally are the teaching profession and the Church: the two most difficult are law and medicine."
Dr. John Rawlings Rees, "Strategic Planning for Mental Health", June 18, 1940

"... the proponents of the mental health program have been quick to elaborate a series of legislative proposals.... This is the age-old subterfuge of the collectivist, whose only solution for any problem, be it economic, social or political, is the passage of another law, the imposition of another tax, and the establishment of another bureau."
Dr. Lewis Alesen, former surgeon and president of the California Medical Association, 1960

"One of the least understood strategies of the world revolution now moving rapidly toward its goal is the use of mind control as a major means of obtaining the consent of the people who will be subjects of the New World Order."
K.M. Heaton, The National Educator
