Campaigners claim right-wing groups such as Aryan Nations are on the rise Did the election of Barack Obama as US president boost the growth of right-wing and so-called "hate groups"? A curious thing happens when you walk down the street in Spokane, Washington, first thing in the morning. Complete strangers look you in the eye, and say, with a little smile: "Good morning." It is that kind of a town; if not close-knit, then, compared to some of the other towns and cities in America, human in scale and friendly to strangers. Which makes the attempted bombing here of a civil rights march in January all the more difficult to comprehend. The man alleged to have left a rucksack filled with explosives and shrapnel - covered in rat poison so as to stop blood clotting - is Kevin Harpham, an Army veteran with an interest in neo-Nazi groups. "We live in a different world now - hate seems to be a widespread phenomenon ” The difficult truth for Spokane, for Washington State, for neighbouring Idaho and for all of the US, is that hate groups - anti-black, anti-Jew, neo-Nazi - are on the rise again. And nearly everyone, including members of those groups, agrees that the election of Barack Obama has been a catalyst for the increase in support. "I wouldn't say it surprises me," says Spokane's mayor Mary Verner, "though it is alarming to me". "We are seeing a resurgence in hate groups because we are seeing democratic activity and empowered citizens who are not Anglo-Saxon Protestants." There was the same sort of reaction from the local sheriff, Ozzie Knezovich, when he heard that a bomb had been left beside the route of the Martin Luther King Jr Day march. "Surprised? No," he says. "We live in a different world now - hate seems to be a widespread phenomenon right now" 'Explosion' of groups And there are ordinary citizens - and their children - who are at the receiving end of hate group activity in Washington and Idaho. Barack Obama has faced repeated questions about his legitimacy as president Rachel Dolezal, who teaches art and African-American studies, has been repeatedly harassed since word got out about what she taught. Her homes - she has moved several times - have been broken into. Nooses have been left for her, and a swastika was left on the door of her workplace. And she has acted to protect her son. "I actually bought him a pair of earphones for the bus," she says, "because he hears the word 'nigger' every day. "It seems things were kind of hush and sanitised and cleaned up, or something, and then Barack Obama just brought things to the surface that were already existent within people." Hate groups and other groups on the far right - so-called Patriot groups which vow to resist the encroachments of the Federal government, and anti-immigrant nativist groups - are tracked by the Southern Poverty Law Centre (SPLC). "In the fall (autumn) of 2008," says the director of the SPLC's Intelligence Project, Mark Potok, "we started to see an explosion in hate groups, but more generally in right-wing groups of general types." Rise in requests If Mark Potok wanted confirmation of his research, he could find it just across the border from Spokane, in the city of Coeur d'Alene, northern Idaho. Sitting on his porch as the day fades into night is Jerald O'Brien, flanked by the flags of the Aryan Nations group and the Church of Jesus Christ-Christian. Aryan Nations supporter Jerald O'Brien describes Jews as "the children of Satan" Aryan Nations is a wildly anti-Jewish white separatist group. The faded plastic children's toys on the lawn seem more than a little incongruous. Mr O'Brien insists he does not condone or encourage any acts of violence. He calls Jews "the children of Satan". He accuses Barack Obama of being Jewish - he is not - and of not being a US citizen - he is. But he has cause to thank the president. "The day after Barack Obama's election," he says, "my phone would not stop ringing. It was up to four or five a day asking for education and information." Some will dismiss men such as Jerald O'Brien, and groups such as Aryan Nations, as "wackos" and "nut-jobs". But Mark Potok is concerned. "I think we are in a very similar period as we were in the run-up to the Oklahoma City bombing," he says, "as far as a bombing or an attack like that, whether that will come, we don't know. "We are very close in numbers to the numbers we had at the very peak of the militia movement." The trial of Kevin Harpham, accused of attempting to the bomb the Martin Luther King Jr Day march in Spokane, begins in August.

At the same time, a balance must be found. Racial and national groups have a right to protect their racial character. However, if the CPUSA was involved, there was a hidden agenda. It appears to be spelled out in a document entitled "A Racial Program for the 20th Century" (1912) by a British Fabian "Israel Cohen" quoted by Congressman Thomas Abernathy during the Civil Rights debate, and entered into the Congressional Record (1957), p. 8559. If authentic, it is pretty revealing: "We must realize that our party's most powerful weapon is racial tension. By propounding into the consciousness of the dark races that for centuries they have been oppressed by the whites, we can move them to the program of the Communist Party. In America we will aim for subtle victory. While inflaming the Negro minority against whites, we will instill in the whites a guilt complex for their exploitation of the Negroes. We will aid the Negroes to rise to prominence in every walk of life, in the professions, and in the world of sports and entertainment. With this prestige, the Negro will be able to intermarry with the whites and begin a process which will deliver America to our cause." Remember, the central bankers are involved in a massive fraud: printing our money for the price of the paper, loaning it to us and then demanding repayment with interest. The only way they can perpetuate this fraud is to distract us. That involves creating enemies. Minorities can be turned into internal enemies. Look at France with its five million Muslims. Currently Muslim youth are rioting. French Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy said Thursday that the riots were "not spontaneous" but rather "well organized." Do I need to elaborate? The central bankers use racial minorities as a weapon. A final suggestion is that, given the heavily Jewish character of the Communist Party, the Civil Rights Movement may have been designed to tear down White racial defences so that sympathetic Jews might advance. ...."

what they are inferring is that white Protestants belong to the racist and unbiblical movement known as "Christian Identity", an offshoot of British-Israelism, another unbiblical movement manned by a union of British royalty and Jewish finance, and their dupes. "....."Where does "Christian Identity", which is virulently racist, come from? Where did it start? And how did it gain such momentum? "Identity" can be traced back to the Masonic [Jewish: http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/luther.htm see B'nai B'rith speech] Lodges and Albert Pike, Grand Master of the Scottish Rite in the Southern Jurisdiction, also founder of the KKK. Then it was called the "Knights of the Golden Circle". I will expand on this more, soon. It can also be traced to what are called the "British Race Patriots" of Great Britain, in the late 1800's. This was the beginning of "British Israelism". [see www.seekgod.ca/identity.htm ] Added (12-20-01) : I wanted to elaborate a little on my beliefs and understandings about "Christian Identity and British Israelism", since there are so many good christians that are being duped by this. I know and associate with many good christians and over and over I deal with these issues, unfortunately. There are alot of severely mis-informed, well intentioned people out there who are buying into this garbage and it is promoted on the internet by people who claim they are not racist at all. So it is taking a new turn now, to "clean" itself of the racism aspect, but it really all boils down to a few "key" concepts and beliefs. That is the dangerous part, because now, there are followers of these two ideas and they don't even know that it is ALL RACIST. I am in possession of two very important documents that most have never heard of. The first one is a CIA "memo" with agency letterhead and a couple of details ommitted. I got this document in a white paper from Craig Hulet entitled "The New World Order" Global Regime of Economic Interdependence Pt. 1 and 2. These were $40.00 each when I bought them and they are very thick, containing hardcore documentation. At the time I bought them, I was just starting to learn, and put them aside, because they were too intense for my understanding at my age. (20) But I realized that Hulet was speaking the truth so I bought them to read later and try to understand what is going on in the world. I have had this for 10 years now, at least. Well, back in 1997, I was researching some things for my catalog and I came across this document. It was in this white paper with no other apparantly related articles. I struck a "chord" when I read the word "Identity" in it. I am going to scan it in in the near future, but for now, here is what it says : A new international order is our national goal and will be achieved in the interest of peace and stability. To further this goal all Earl of Dysart fronts including all identity movements must be protected. Only limited official reaction to these groups must be allowed. This operation is classified under the highest priority. It must only be referred to as Earl of Dysart. To appear spontaneous, funding must come from the adherants as much as possible and it must be expanded as a religious movement. Public media must cooperate under equal access directives. Earl of Dysart must be protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Counter moves must be limited to religious debate and monitored closely. It sounds to me like "Christian Identity" is in reality, a CIA Intelligence operation in disguise. Most likely, to foment revolution in America, to ignite race wars between whites and jews, blacks and jews, and whites and blacks. Also, most likely, to gather intelligence and information on those in the so called "patriot movement", sovereigns, anti-abortionists and other foes of the "New World Order". It also appears that this could be used to bring about terrorism in order to pass anti-terrorism laws into effect, thereby guaranteeing a more "peaceful and stable" national state. Isn't it a strange coincidence how Rev. Robert Millar (Grandpa), who ran "Elohim City", the christian identity compound where Timothy McVeigh was staying, was exposed in court proceedings as an FBI informant. This was the same man who told the followers that if they didn't do something to strick at the heart of the Federal Government by April 19th, that the government was going to attack them. This man directly encouraged the bombing of the Oklahoma Federal Building by Timothy McVeigh, and he was an FBI informant and he was the head of "Elohim City". I wrote about this in my catalog intro back in 1998. So, things start to make a little more sense, now, when one has a broader perspective. Now, for the second document I have, which ties British Israel into all this, as well. It is titled "Steps Toward a British Union, a World State, and International Strife". It is a series of comments on the floor of the House by Montana Representative J. Thorkelson and dated starting Monday Aug. 19th, 1940.
