They were obviously pre-made, and were included into to the storyline of the 9/11 to increase the "shock and awe" effect to steer us to giving up our rights to the real terrorists of 9/11, not some visa photos of Saudi citizens that we were conveniently provided to blame less than 24-hours later. Osama Bin Ladin's name was provided to us only 45-minutes after the first tower exploaded. "

This is from a New York Times article (Page 4 of 4) about the Austrian art group, Gelatin, and their July 2001 book on an illegal balcony stunt that they had staged in March 2000 from the 91st floor of the WTC North Tower, where they were residents and which became the WTC1 strikezone on 9/11. The article was printed about 3 weeks before 9/11 (August 18, 2001) and coincidently makes a comparison of their "prank" to the 1960 film-trickery by Yves Klein as if he'd jumped from a window:

Balcony Scene (Or Unseen) Atop the World; Episode at Trade Center Assumes Mythic Qualities

The balcony may be an art prank in the lineage of Yves Klein, who in 1960 disseminated a picture of himself leaping blithely out a window, an image revealed years later to be the product of deftly spliced negatives.
