The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

We should have the right to know with whom we are dealing, and why they wish to speak with us.

Outstanding!

Thanks.

Public Servant Questionnaire

Good Heavens man! You can't do that. That would make them ACCOUNTABLE! What were you thinking?

It is vital to understand that there is no truth without discernment and no wisdom without the truth. What then is “faith” but an effort to confound truth and wisdom?

If I am not mistaken that form is in Lynn Johnston's book Who's Afraid of the IRS? . Came out about 1985 and it was one of the first books I read having to do with what many of us call the Freedom Movement. They're out of print now but Amazon has a limited availability of them for around 12 bucks.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.    Lord Acton

He (Gordon Duff) also implies that forcibly removing Obama, a Constitution-hating, on-the-down-low, crackhead Communist, is an attack on America, Mom, and apple pie. I swear these military people are worse than useless. Just look around at the condition of the country and tell me if they have fulfilled their oaths to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic.

First and foremost, this is not authorized by federal law, specifically 5 USC § 552a. In fact, some of the questions violate the terms of the Privacy Act and the Freedom of Information Act.

Using this questionnaire on a policeman could result in being arrested for obstruction of the police. City of Billings v. Skurdal (1986) 224 Mont 84, 730 P.2d 371, cert. denied 481 U.S. 1020. In any case, it won't in the slightest way prevent the policeman from ticketing and even arresting you. State v. Booher (Tenn. Crim. App. 1997) 978 S.W.2d 953.

I, for one, am scared shytless of the irs.

That is what they count on, people being afraid of them.

"In a recent conversation with a high level IRS official, I was amazed when he told me that 'if the taxpayers of this country ever discover that the IRS operates on 90% bluff, the entire system will collapse.' " - Harry Bellmon, Senator (1969)

IRS House Ways and Means Subcommittee Hearings 1953

"Let me point this out now. Your income tax is 100 percent voluntary and your liquor tax is 100 percent enforced tax. Now the situation is as different as day and night. Consequently, your same rules just will not apply... "
