Have a Swedish team Of Treasure Hunters uncovered a Deep-Sea UFO?
In 1997 a Swedish team called the Ocean Explorer team, discovered the wreckage of a trade ship called the Jonkoping which had a cargo of extremely rare 1907 Heidsick Monopole Gout. The team made millions from their find as the bottles sold for approximately $13,000 each. While this find proved to be very lucrative for the team and encouraged them to keep searching for more underwater treasures, it is a recent find on the 19th of June which is stirring up interest.
Team leader Peter Lindberg Released a statement to local media concerning the Ocean Explorer team find saying At 87m down, between Sweden and Finland, they saw a large circle, about 60 feet in diameter, he told local media.
You see a lot of weird stuff in this job but during my 18 years as a professional I have never seen anything like this.
The shape is completely round a circle.
Lindberg claims that the team noted what they say could possibly be tracks running some 300m up to where the disc lies. This would suggest that the object has moved which if true would rule out any natural answer.
While six of the nine crew members were asleep at the time of the discovery the three watching the sonar couldnt believe what they were seeing.
While Mr Lindberg and his team have said that they would not be attempting to investigate the disc saying It is not in our sphere of interest to go for this object, since it might be nothing, he said.
We cannot afford spending funds just to have a look at it, even if it might be a new Stonehenge.
It is up to the rest of the world to decide what it is.
