There was an article some time bach about police depts. testing potential cops and ruling out hiring any that scored Too High. They WANT idiots for many reasons.
This one is surprising; most of the time (I think), black police officers don't seem to be vicious - they are there because it's a good-paying job. The white officers (I think) are there because the job provides a convenient extension of their vicious, unhappy personalities - the opportunity to bust some heads....

Stupid people don't have the observational powers of more intelligent people - they are less likely to notice things their masters don't want them to notice.
They tend to be more belligerent trying to "get even" with other people for being smarter.
They tend to have a big button on self importance trying to overcompensate for their stupidity.
They tend to follow rules rather than to interpret them and make rational exceptions.
They don't ask difficult questions about stupid and/or tyrannical policies.

yeah john stossel did a 20/20report on it twice and a fox buz report on it at least 4 times that i know of it was po po department in virginia and the ussc said that good discrimination against the 14th amendmet cause they are all whores paid buy the politicos to ignor e the consitution in thier rulinf they have actually rulled that way 6 times since 1968 when the first rulling came down no t many people know that joh n didnt i emailed him because my 3rd cousin was the potential cop that sued and lost in the ussc in 1967 there were two others after him and themost recent one in 2002-4 not sure the exact date
