Amid a speech on Washington’s self-inflicted debt crisis, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) said Wednesday that the tea party’s political strategy is essentially bogus and plays into Democrats’ hands, and urged tea party Republicans to support House Speaker John Boehner’s plan to extend the debt limit for another nine months. Describing the tea party’s strategy to force a rewrite of the Constitution by triggering a default, he concluded that their thinking was along the lines of something from “Lord of the Rings.” “And the tea party hobbits could return to Middle Earth having defeated Mordor,” he said. “This is the kind of crack political thinking that turned Sharon Angle and Christine O’Donnell into GOP Senate nominees. The reality is, the debt limit will be raised one way or another.” This video is from C-SPAN 2, broadcast Wednesday, July 27, 2011, as snipped by Mediaite.

I would like to see McNutz extended - from "the old Oak Tree" next to the Village Smithy.
Love it or hate it, the principled members of the Tea Party caucus have (as of this post) stalled the debt ceiling nonsense. And, BTW, with McCain mocking them, they continue to garner up all the right enemies. Let's take a step back and see if they deny both parties a new credit card. I'm not sure of their exact House numbers, but that seems to be where they're causing mischief.
Most of the talk radio pundits are saying the Tea Party congressmen are going to create a problem for the R's (and the country)if they don't go along with Boehner's "plan". Wm. Kristol also supports Boehner's "plan" ... I hope the Tea Party Candidates tell Boehner and his ilk to go pound sand. I wanna see what a default looks like.

I wanna see what a default looks like My thoughts exactly. I want the Rs to be cracked like an egg shell, and the Boehner plan to be canned. Let gridlock reign. I want chaos, raw anger and an eventual default that will make the riots in the 60s look like a day at the beach.
Even Limbaugh was demonstrating disgust over this default contrivance. All of the neo-con types like Bill Kristol, McCain and Bill Bennett are trying to nag the new Tea Party guys into submission. I really hope they stay commited ... let the default swallow D.C. [Maybe these congress creeps won't get some of their ghost employee checks !]

It makes me ill to listen to the bullshit being spewed by the talk pundits about this because they're just spouting the neo-con line. I must say though that Limbaugh has departed the neo-cons and appears to be siding with the Tea- Party folks - he even said he was a Tea-Partier today. Limbaugh had several callers today that all confronted him for his friendliness towards neo-con republicraps.

Limbaugh made my shit list a very long time ago - anyone that thinks they're knowledgeable enough to express their opinion nationally should easily be aware of the absolute fraud of the FED RESERVE and the fake State of Israel. Limbaugh announced that Alan Greenscum had "called him" to talk about something one day and I thought "what would the FED Chairman call a talk radio host except to propagandize his audience ... that was somewhere around 1989 - 90. Today, Beck's attempting to ramp up Christian support for the State of Terror after constantly bragging about his knowledge of history and his huge contract with Simon/Schuster (biggest in history) - The worst thing about these types of cult leaders is that they use the trust and gullibility of good hard working people to promote the biggest lie in history - which leads to war and genocide. They denegrate the Arabs so much that Americans hate them all even though many have never even met an Arab. My hope is that at some point the general population of the world will discover that most everything they "think" is real is a fiction created by the lowest scum on earth to control them. Even though it's pretty obvious that international bankers hiding in the shadows of their greed have manufactured this hellish condition for all to enjoy, these paid mouthpieces are every bit as guilty of killing little kids wholesale around the globe - and I pray fervently for justice to be served upon them.
