And people wonder why the cops sometimes have to TASER black wimmen on routine traffic stops. This woman's intelligence level and grasp of reality (which is exemplary of many urban blacks) is that of a willful six year old child who believes that resistance will eventually result in victory just as it did when she held her ground and taught "Mama" dat she "won't gonna eet no dam vegabuls".
Well, "Mama" may have accepted and even given in to her strong personality but "Mama" did her daughter a great disservice because eventually she ran into Officer Wolfgang Amadeus Gemeinhardt, a first generation German American from a very disciplined family background who long ago learned that the consequences of his disobedience were too terrible to contemplate. And as a cop he knows exactly when a command is not followed that his use of force in the form of a compliance weapon will be lawfully upheld by the courts, and the result is, the electric dancing negress, rolling on the ground and SHRILLY SCREAMING, "AHHHHHH, HE TASERed me, HE TASERed me, AHHHHHH....."
All the while the poor, dumb, culturally isolated and education deprived woman-child is thinking that some great wrong has been committed against her as every single onlooker knows (and probably has known for years) that when a cop says, "Put down the phone and exit the vehicle or I will TASE you!" that calling his bluff will result in electric shock, a soiled thong and road rash from concrete/asphalt friction.
The poor dumb urban female actually believed that "No, I'm callin' my Mama" was a legitimate excuse to stall and childishly resist a lawful command and for the first time in her life she learned that her right to stubbornly refuse something, anything was not absolute, and she may be fined and serve jail time and be saddled with a permanent record for her ignorance of the world that requires survival skills from us all.
And I submit that even if Officer Gemeinhardt or "Wolfy" as his mother calls him may be secretly enjoying the girl's spastic water ballet performance on the gravel road, it is incidental. Even if his father, a former SS Sgt refers to blacks as "Schwartzes" and his family not only disdains urban blacks but resents them for their cultural imperative to always resist every police command, (making poor Wolfie's job more stressful than it should be) he knows the law well and his use of force was "measured and reasonable" and will be upheld and (even if true) all charges of racism will be and should be summarily disregarded.
The Judge dismissed the claim for back rent from "da gigolo", "I mean, I bee slim and 21 and she bee fat and 30 and da bitch ho be payin' fo mah services, ewe gno what I'm sayin'...?" because he wasn't the only one taking advantage of the system that permits squatters to occupy rental property for months as the wheels of eviction justice slowly turn. And if the woman didn't demand rent when she had the chance to withhold "da pussy and da crib" even though she was paying no rent herself, then she'll just have to quit her job and seek another to evade the small claims court judgment and paycheck garnishment, which is also part of the ghetto black cultural imperative. She may even qualify for county emergency supplemental aid ($437 a month) because of her "misfortune".
