John Boehner Says In Order To Pay For The Wars, We Need To Raise The Social Security Retirement Age To 70 (VIDEO)

Video: Boehner on fixing Social Security -- June 29, 2010

Flashback to last Summer.

According to the source, Boehner said the following:

Ensuring there's enough money to pay for the war will require reforming the country's entitlement system, Boehner said. He said he'd favor increasing the Social Security retirement age to 70 for people who have at least 20 years until retirement, tying cost-of-living increases to the consumer price index rather than wage inflation and limiting payments to those who need them.

"We need to look at the American people and explain to them that we're broke," Boehner said. "If you have substantial non-Social Security income while you're retired, why are we paying you at a time when we're broke? We just need to be honest with people."

If this is what we have to look forward to from Republicans if they regain power, I'm giving it all up. Continuing the expensive and illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan makes very little sense unless your goal is simply to support the military-industrial complex. Strategically, Al Qaida and terrorism are regional problems, requiring regional solutions. Victories in Iraq and Afghanistan won't help against Al Qaida of Yemen, but they might cost us an additional trillion, and Boehner seems to have no problem with that possibility.

Who keeps playing the losing-charade with the Federal Reserve, John Boehner?? It sure as hell isn't "we the people".

How about congressional/swinery pensions?

I'm still scouring the internet in an effort to find pictures of the U.S. Senate health club, it's supposed to be a Taj Mahal-like facility. I'm beginning to think that there is a deliberate blackout of pictures of that facility.

We need to look at the American people and explain to them that we're broke," Boehner said. "If you have substantial non-Social Security income while you're retired, why are we paying you at a time when we're broke? We just need to be honest with people."

This crybaby twit hasn't a clue. First off we are fighting israel's illegal wars. I believe we are engaged in six military actions at the present and they are doing their best to have even more.

Secondly, there aren't that many jobs that pay a substancial non-social security income. Why this crying bastard thinks social security is an entitlement. It is paid one half by the employer and one half by the employee. Furthermore, the likes of this crying freak failed to mention that the social security fund has had its monies looted and stolen by him and the other creeps in Washington DC every since "Tricky Dickie" and possibly even before him. I venture to guess not only was the employees portion looted and stolen, but their business cronies failed to fund their portion from the get go.

Lets hope this whining bag of wind serves even less as Speaker of the House than that pelosi bitch. If we're lucky, maybe he will cry himself to death.

Something to think about. Has anyone heard of even one of them mentioning a rollback or cut in their own pay to help with the financial problems we are experiencing? Nada! With the passage of the raising debt limit, didn't they say "everybody" will have to share in the pain that is coming from their latest economic fiasco. What a mealy mouthed lying bunch of traitors they really are!

Raise The Social Security Retirement Age to 70

Yea, that will allow an extra five years for our state, local and federal government pigs to find a way to murder us before we collect one cent.

Gotta' have the money to pay the illegals, the lazy, the uneducated, the unwed mothers, and druggies their medicaid, food stamps, heroin, cocaine, methadone, psycdrugs and SSI disability cash.

John Boehner Says In Order To Pay For The Wars, We Need To Raise The Social Security Retirement Age To 70

Well Boehner, you stupid ef, have you ever considered that maybe we don't actually NEED to be fighting wars all over the world and killing people who have not done us any harm? What a loon!

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.    Lord Acton

He (Gordon Duff) also implies that forcibly removing Obama, a Constitution-hating, on-the-down-low, crackhead Communist, is an attack on America, Mom, and apple pie. I swear these military people are worse than useless. Just look around at the condition of the country and tell me if they have fulfilled their oaths to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Ha hahahahaha ... (because we paid it in asshole, that's why.)

They don't get generous about our paying them when we're broke" do they ?

Ensuring there's enough money to pay for the war

Could Bohner be referring to the "war at home" directed at American citizens, COINTELPRO?

Ensuring there's enough money to pay for the war will require reforming the country's entitlement system, Boehner said

Self-serving politicians deviously leave out the most relevant information as they bamboozle voters. Such as:

Ensuring there's enough money to pay for wars (against the enemies of Israel and thus ensure financial, organizational and media support from the Israeli lobby for members of Congress at election time) will require reforming the country's entitlement system, Boehner said.

A longer sentence but it gives the voter a much clearer picture of what's going on so he/she can voter accordingly.
